A man from Michigan was arrested after crashing and failing to complete a field sobriety test. Maryland State Police responded to the scene of the incident at Route 404 near Dulin Road. Police discovered a Caravan stuck in a ditch with a dent in its hood and cracked windshield. The driver was unconscious when police arrived. They attempted to free the man by braking through the driver?s side window, and he refused medical attention and claimed something hit his vehicle. After further investigation, police discovered the driver hit a speed limit sign. According to news reports, he was arrested under charges of driving under the influence.
