The Role


Objective: While focusing on Talent Development, Systems & Policies, Employee Relations and HR Communication, the key objective of the role is to improve and maintain the image of HR department as a major business partner
Main responsibilities :
- To be in charge of Talent Management function (focusing on training and development, succession planning)
- To be responsible for all HR related systems i.e. HR integrated systems
- To create/maintain highly engaged work environment by utilizing appropriate HR communication/retention tools and practices
- To closely work with other HR managers making sure all HR activities, projects, initiatives are in-line with the mission of HR department
Reporting to : Senior Head of Human Resources
